Our sunroom was just completed and I must say that in spite of the pandemic related delay, it's worth it. The sunroom is beautiful and enjoyable to be in. It really is a grade above any sunroom we have seen before. We opted to have the family room open up to the new sunroom by eliminating the old sliding door and we're very glad to have decided to do it. That open concept has really transformed our home to one we enjoy now and undoubtedly for years to come. The completion of the project is very timely as our son and his family with 3 grandkids are visiting from California. They love the sunroom. My granddaughter is celebrating her 2nd birthday this Saturday and with the forecasted rain that day, we decided to have the party in the sunroom. What perfect timing. I would like to acknowledge the wonderful staff at NJSA, specially Ryan who had been very responsive to our concerns during construction and she really helped alleviate the stress caused by the delay. I would also like to thank the crew for a great job overall, Andy, Taylor, Isaac, Paolo, Ricardo, etc. Lastly, thanks to Jim, the sales rep to
We used NJSA for our new sunroom and are very happy with the final product. The team showed up when they said they would, worked hard, were professional, and did a fantastic job to provide us with our much needed addition. We won’t hesitate to contract them again when ever we needed them and would highly recommend them. Thank you Andy and Ryann for staying on track even with Covid issues, and for keeping us updated as the project progressed. Much appreciated!!!
Our home’s old, attached green house couldn’t be fixed so we asked NJ Sunroom to replace it. Now we are so glad we were sent down that road! Our new sunroom is beautiful! Although it has the same footprint as its predecessor, it seems so much more spacious. We also expect that we will save on heating and cooling and that our home will stay more comfortable. We’re very happy!
We found everyone that works for NJSA knew about every aspect of the room and how it was made and would function. They all took time to explain, without rushing, how and why parts needed to be fit together. Excellent problem solvers. They all were respectable, friendly workers who we felt comfortable with in our home.
When I sat down with Alex I knew something special was about to happen and I was right. My experience with was amazing. They worked fast it was very impressive to watch them build our sunroom and the customer service was just outstanding… my husband who never wanted it, every time I go downstairs I can’t find him oh right he’s on the porch… worth every penny thank you
This was our 3rd renovation with NJSA in 2017. It was a cookie cutter Cape Cod with a small living area, a narrow kitchen without pantry and minimal storage, and the worse connection to the backyard: you had to go through the kitchen, then 2 steps down to the basement, then out a side door, then more steps down, then narrow walkway before reaching the big backyard. Such a bad setup with barely any views from the kitchen, laborious and unpleasant for any cookout or lounging, and no way to watch kids play or reach them quickly. A common setup in many houses though. A NJSA sunroom was exactly what this house needed to turn it around, embrace the backyard, triple the living space, expand the kitchen with a large pantry wall now that the addition could easily fit seating and dining, flood the home with light and garden views, let all open spaces flow into a redesigned backyard and completely transform how this home lives. I believe NJSA offers the only modular yet custom - not kit - additions on the US market that are truly rated for year-round living, comfortable both in the coldest winters and the blazing sun, which is why you can remove any exterior wall and fully open your house to them. Most importantly, their lifetime warranty and after sale service should you express any concern are unique. No traditional framing can be completed in so little work/time on your home, with such minimal disturbance, with such easy inspections as all is pre-built as on plans, to achiev

The first home we renovated with NJSA was our family home in 2015. It’s a Dutch Colonial and like many older, small to medium sized homes, the property itself is a nice size but all living spaces were facing the street, without a pleasant flow to the backyard. The added difficulty was that the staircase is on the back wall, seemingly blocking the option to open the living room to an addition, and so the only access to the backyard was through the crowded 6x9 kitchen: so clumsy and discouraging hosting family and friends. The back of the home is on the North side too, making the kitchen feel even more dark and cramped. NJSA’s sunrooms and conservatories are not only the highest insulated additions, with the strongest yet slimmest profile framing allowing for the most glass and transparency, with hollow beams allowing all electrical to be hidden… they are also custom designed and precisely measured to best fit into your existing style, shapes and features. They can be built at any height too, so any space you choose can open to these additions. They allow you to reorient your home to flow into the back or side yards and frame your favorite views, thereby completely transforming how the home lives. And whereas other seasonal sunrooms will feel hot/cold and humid/damp, the NJSA highly engineered systems - with higher ratings than the building specs of most existing homes - will actually make your home more comfortable and efficient. When I researched all sunroom compan
Can't be happier with the completed job. Addition was completed during all of the difficulties that contractors are having during the Covid outbreak with the shortage of building supplies. No excuses just excellent quality work. The workers were extremely professional and polite. The final outcome was so good even the town inspector commented what a nice sunroom we have.
