From the first greeting by our salesman Jim to Brian who helped us get through township challenges, builders who were not just workers but craftsmen and a heaven sent Project Manager Ryan who responded quickly to our questions and concerns made the process go as beautifully as the sunroom turned out. We could not be happier with the outcome and would/will recommend this team anytime!
Conservatory repair
Paul was a persistent detective. He wouldn't give up and was able to find the leak in my old conservatory. It certainly wasn't easy and took some window dismantling to find it. I cannot express how happy I am that I no longer have plastic bags, containers, and towels in my conservatory to catch the rain. Thank you sooooooo much!!!
4 Track Sunroom
Our new 4 track sunroom is a masterful addition to our home. The exterior and interior appearance is a perfect compliment to the original building. The 4-track system is very easy to operate and looks inspiring when someone first sees it. Our installers Alex and Taylor did a phenomenal job. All the calculations that had to be made to ensure a perfect fit apprised us of the professionalism and care they were taking to make it perfect for us. We highly recommend NJSA for any sunroom additions future customers are contemplating. They will not be disappointed.
Porch Sunroom Job
We reached out NJ Sunroom last year to close our porch and converting it in a 3 seasons room. We could not be happier with our choice! They were very professional and even though the installation got delayed due to supply chain issues, they deliver a perfect installation and detailed completion. They recommended some work on the floor that we did ourselves and now we added a great all year around room to end enjoy. My wife really appreciate it the quality and looks of the materials and she is super Happy. Thanks to the whole team! Great job!
Beautiful Sunroom
Our sunroom is finally finished, and my wife and I could not be more pleased with the finished product. We could not imagine using any other company than NJSA. It took almost one year because we needed a variance, and supply chain issues but NJSA was with us every step of the way. The entire team of professionals at NJSA did a great job. Jim Watts was an excellent and reputable salesman coming up with ideas for us to incorporate in our room. Ryann made sure we were kept informed with what was happening and what to expect next. Andy Bucko was knowledgeable and available to answer any construction related questions. Lastly, (and probably most importantly) the crew of men that came to our house could not have been better. You could tell each of them knew their craft, they were courteous, and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. I will warn you it is a process, so pack your patience but in the end NJSA helped us gain a beautiful living space we will enjoy for many years to come.
Love my sunroom
Our home, in which my husband and I have lived for over 25 years, had a wood and screen porch or sunroom. Every eight years or so, we have had to rebuild it because of snow and rain rotting the wood. Getting very tired of this process, coupled with the difficulty of finding a good carpenter, we decided to find a permanent solution, a no-maintenance structure. My initial search was very difficult since all the sunroom companies seemed to make very cheap looking aluminum type additions. But eventually I found NJSunroom Additions. I looked at photos, met the designers and decided to hire them. Well, the job is done! The sunroom is absolutely beautiful and I have been enjoying it every single day. The sunroom/slash screen porch has always been one of the best features of our home but now it is even more so. I could not be happier.

Our experience with New Jersey Sunrooms can only be described as exceptional! Our initial meeting with Jim Watts was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and allayed all of our fears. It truly was head and shoulders above the presentations we received from competitors and frankly cemented our decision to move forward with NJSA to do our project. While the process was daunting since it was interrupted by the lockdown ... Jim, Ryann, Brian, Peter, Jim who drew up the plans, really the entire office & construction staffs, and even the owner were patience personified and addressed every single one of our concerns. When a variance was needed by the Township due to a small adjustment to the original footprint, the hearing was scheduled (of course) on March 12th 2020 right when the world closed down! Throughout the entire rescheduling of the hearing, NJSA steadfastly stood with us to get the right outcome. Our sunroom is finally finished and my husband and I couldn’t be more pleased! A beautiful sunroom built by an A team
We just finished our new sunroom and deck built by NJSA. Everyone in the family are extremely happy to enjoy the new additions. They are beautiful, and expand our home and bring outdoor to our indoor living. I am very happy with the workmanship, quality of the sun room material, the design and how the plan was executed. Starting with the design team who come up with various options, working with the engineering team to complete the engineering design, to working with the project management team and construction team to build the sun room and deck, NJSA crews are very knowledgeable, professional, and showing great care to us as a customer. Starting with design, They patiently helped us to create a custom design with 10 foot ceiling and a hipped roof. These are amazing features which now make the house looks great. During engineering design phase, NJSA engineering teams again produced all the engineering design and obtained the permit to build from the town.
